Chaudhari, CEO of AIC Management Consultant, is a seasoned management professional with over 35 years of experience in quality management, auditing, and training for the oil and gas, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. A Chartered Engineer with expertise in API Q1/Q2, ISO standards, and product specifications, he has conducted more than 470 API audits across India, the Middle East, and Asia. As a registered IRCA Principal Auditor and former API-approved trainer, Mr. Chaudhari has guided organizations toward global compliance and operational excellence. His leadership at AIC Management Consultant reflects his dedication to advancing quality systems, safety standards, and sustainable business performance across industries worldwide.
Vyankatesh P. Adarkar

Mr. Vyankatesh P. Adarkar is a seasoned management consulting professional with over 27 years of cross-industry experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), business process improvement, and operational excellence. A Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt, he specializes in ISO implementation, process optimization, ERP design and implementation, and organizational capability building through training and mentoring. Mr. Vyankatesh has worked extensively with organizations in the electronic security, oil & gas, automobile, and manufacturing sectors, helping them establish robust systems, improve operational efficiency, and align quality practices with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.

Sarthak U. Chaudhari is a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ISO and API consulting, with expertise in quality management systems, internal auditing, and compliance assessment. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and International Business Management from Hochschule Fresenius, Berlin. A Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, he conducts consultations, mock audits, and compliance gap analyses while supporting documentation and audit readiness. Sarthak has extensive experience in manufacturing sectors such as ball valves, gaskets, and fasteners.
